Assistant General Manager

What you’ll be doing:

– Creating authentic guest experiences through a high level of attention and service
– Responsible for efficient and effective management of the bowling alley
– Ensure quality in service, both in production and execution
– Responsible for all functional areas of operations management
– Financial reporting, evaluation and analysis
– Utilization of data/resources to understand/report business performance
– Responsible for coaching and mentoring team and managing all HR issues
– Providing appropriate documentation and employee development for all staff
– Oversee and maintain all in-house cash handling procedures

Qualifications:

– 1+ year Assistant GM or GM experience or kitchen manager with bar management background including P&L management and labor cost
– Comfortable managing and coaching people
– Private events experience
– Must be able to stand and exert fast-paced mobility for period up to six (6) hours in length
– Must have a good sense of balance and have the ability to lift bus tubs, glass racks and trays
